The segment Communicating with Hands is a wonderful tool for teaching our Bahamian students Sign Language. What is mind blowing about this unique program is the fact that it is one of a kind and it is design to help both deaf and hearing students communicate without fear or prejudices. I truly believe that Communicating with Hands Sign Language Program is an excellent teaching strategy for re-shaping our childrens minds. It breaks childrens negative sterotype of hard of hearing and deaf children being unlettered and incapable of learning or communicating.
It is my sincere hope that this program helps to create other programs for the deaf or disable that inspire them to continue their fight for equality and to rejuvenate interest in hearing persons to seek careers that assist special persons.

Thanks again Bahamas Learning Channel for doing an excellent job.

The Bahamas Learning channel has been instrumental in providing a venue for new age learning tools. Also helping producers such as myself to combine proprietary technology and world-class creative talent to develop computer-animated films and productions with memorable characters and heartwarming stories that appeal to audiences of all ages.

I recently procured copies of the Gary–The-Explorer (GTE) videos. I was impressed with the creative ways in which environmental topics were introduced. The GTE videos will go a long way in building interest in natural resources and capacity for environmental stewardship. I support the view that "in the end you people will conserve only what we love; love only what they understand and will understand only what we are taught." The GTE video series is a terrific tool for teaching about the environment.Your team is to be commended. Keep up the great work!

Hi Just wanted to put my five cents on record about this great work that BAHAMIANS are engaged in - as a teacher I find the information and the program very educational, children friendly and of course entertaining.

The information is presented in a fun engaging manner that captures and maintain viewers attention and interest.

Keep up the good work - and keep the show coming!
